At Canela Bakery & Coffee, our goal is to provide you with the freshest and most delightful pre-baked Portuguese custard tarts and pies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a unique refund policy to address any concerns.
Returns & Refunds
Perishable Goods:
Since our tarts and pies are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, damage during shipping, or any quality concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at cinnamonsugarbakery@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and work to make things right by either replacing the items or issuing a refund, if necessary.
Damages & Quality Issues:
We carefully inspect all our orders before shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. You can reach us at cinnamonsugarbakery@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include any relevant photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products once delivered. This includes all our baked goods. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process
If a refund is deemed necessary after evaluating your case, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
